Tim Wotring

Advisory Board Member
Tim Wotring is the President and co-owner of PRODIGI, a telecommunications company headquartered in Hazelton, West Virginia that has provided voice, internet, and television service to the region since 1994. A lifelong resident of Preston County — the founding home of The Eight Fifty Committee — Wotring has spent his career connecting rural communities that larger providers pass over.
Under his leadership, PRODIGI is carrying out a major state-supported broadband expansion across Preston County and surrounding areas, bringing modern connectivity to some of the most underserved hollows and farm roads in North Central West Virginia.
For the veterans The Eight Fifty Committee serves, that connectivity is a lifeline — to telehealth, to the VA, to crisis support, and to one another. Wotring’s advisory role brings deep Preston County roots and the infrastructure expertise to help close the distance between rural veterans and the services they earned.
